INVERCARGILL, July 14. The Invercargill Licensing Trust ae'eided today to 'distribute to sports bodies, bands and other organisations m the city and province, £2500 from its profits for the year ended March 31, 1949. There is a wider distribntion this year than last year when, of a total of £2200 distri'buted, £1000 went to the Community Centre project of the Southland Provincial Council of Sport. year £400 has been given to the Community Centre and is the biggest singie amount.
