BRUSSELS, July 12. Jchn Robert !Morgan, a 31-year-old , Veteran of Dunkirk, ajipcaling against a life prison term for allegedlv denouncing French and Belgian underground workers, today had the sentence reduced to 20 years hani la'bour by Belgium's highest Military Court. 31 any Belgian resistance workers who packed the Court, had subscribed to the costs of the Englisliman 's defence. After the judgment, kraitre Etienne van Prvs, briefed by the resistance to defend him, said: ' ' AYe mean to take the case to the highest Court of Appeal and if necessary petition the Regent for yTorgan 's release. " A Belgian Maquis leader, 31"ajor Daniel Carrette, said: "We will see this thing through to the end even if we - have to sell our boots. The honour , of the Belgian resistance and, more than that, the honour of the British Army, is at stake."
