WELLINGTON, July 12. The proprietor of a Marlborough Sounds guest house impressed the Licensing Control Commission today with his quick reckoning system. Counsel was leading hiim on the point -about guests bringing beer in their packs because they could not buy it at the house. Were there many, he was asked, who hrought liquor?
