WELLINGTON, July 11. De1 fandants were Mrs. Margaret Muriel Gould, widow of the pilot, Jack Mervyn Gould, and the administratix of his estate, J. M. Gould Ltd., contractors, and aeroplane proprietors. Plaintiffs were Frank and Loui3a Clewer. The proceedings are being heard by Mr. Justice Smith and will continue tomorrow. Mr. Leicester told the Court that liability had been adimtted by defendants but the amount was in dispute. The total claim comprises various amounts for the replacement of the damaged portion of the house and property lost in the fire, loss of rent and cost of aeconimodation, and for sliock and liardsliip suffered.
