Marshal Tito stated yesterday that Yugoslavia plans gradually to close its frontier with Greece to protect Yugoslavia from the figliting between the (Ireek Government and opposition forees. Keviewing the first 21 years of tho countrv 's five-vear plan, Tito claimed that the first half of the plan's objcctive. had been fulfilled and that "thocountrv will ecwitinue steadily on its cour.se to the end. " Tito said that in the first six months of 1949, heavy industry had reached 93.5 por cent. of its target, eleetrical industiy 9(5.4 per cent., mining 100 per cent. and light industry 102 per cent.
