A "crime of passion" motivates the taut plot of "High Wall," current offering at the Civic thea.tre, with Robert Taylor giving a powerful performance as a victim of amnesia ' who helieves he has strangled his unfaithful wife but who intends to outwit the law on a plea of temporary insanity. Audrey Totter Tias' the'Teminine iead in "High Wall," with other important roles played by Herbert Marshal1, Dorothy Patrick, H. B. Warner and Warner Anderson.
