Service Scheme Won't Cover Youths Over 18
WELLINGTON, July 4. k The scheme for compulsory military training which will he the subject of the referendum on August 3 will not affect youths who haVe already passed +he age of 18. The Prime Minister. Mr. Fraser, asked ahout the nosition of such youths this morning, said that the scheme as drawn un bv the Chiefs of Staff did not cover them.
