Received Friday 7 p.m. LONDON, July 1. , British and American refusal to recognise the legality of the blockado of the Communist held coastline by the Chinese Natioual Government, was founded solely upon the principles of international law and "implies no de sire to take sides in the eivil war," says The Times.
