He told pressmen in New York that the world hsd been moving from a seTer's to a buyer's market and buyers had bean'abie to pick and choose and even defer their orders. "Trade has become more 'difficulLi for everyone, and when yoU are dealing with Britain and other sterHng area countries, a relatively small shift, in the tuving and seBing situation can easily be quite significant," he said.
