The Assoeiated Press1 Rome corres pondent says the police claim that the; have eaptured the 27-vear-old Piert Lieari, chief lieutenant of Sicily ' bandit king, Salvatore Guiliano. The police said Lieari was caugh yesterday in a secret. cellar beneath hi country dwelling near Palermo. Th police seized antomatic arms, ammun tiou and a large sum of money in th hiding place. - 11 ^
