The winner of 'the competition played last week by the ladies' section of the Levin Golf'Ciub was Mrs. Richards. s The first round of the competition for the cantain's trophy ^wi'l be played on Thursday this week. It will .be a stabieford bogey and the draw is as follows: — Mrs. Wilcox • v. Mrs. Frederikson, Mrs. Thomson v. Mrs. Denton, Mrs. Scott y, Mrs. Ryder, Mrs. Cfai'ke v, Mrs, Bertram, Mrs. Richards v. Mrs. Dickinson, Miss Herr.ick v. Mrs. Nicholson, Mrs. King y. Mrs. H. Biack, Mrs. Hastedt v. Mrs. Trayerj5, Mrs. Standen v. Mrs. McLennan. The weekend players will play their match on Sat'urday afternoon this week. The draw is as follows: — Mrs. Porter vf Miss Mitchell, Mrs. J. Black v. Miss Allen, Mrs.' Franklin v. Miss Fox, Miss Kilsby and marker. The draw for the nine-hole competition is: — Mrs. Nolan v. Mrs. Walker, Mrs. Donnelly ' v. Mrs. Brazendale, Mrs. Ogier v. Mrs. Nash.
