NEW YORK, June 20. The death roll from the floods ir Shenandoah ahd Potomac Valley, West Virginia, reached 13 today l wi'Lh an estimated 20 missing. Flood damage costing several million dollars left hundreds homeless. Meanwhile, the eastern areas of the United States have been hit by the worst June drought in 41 years and a heat wave that has caused crop damage estimated at 50,000,000 dollars an-d is blamed for 39 deaths.
