It is understood that they decided to disclose nothing of today's proceedings and to meet* again tomorrow in secret session, so no communique is exbected on today's meeting. The initiative for the two days' secret session came ' from Mr. j Vyshinsky. He is understood to liave received his Government's reaction to the new joint Western plan for the easing of theatension in Beriin, for Four Power consultations and the gradual resumption of East-West trade in Germany. It is believed that Mr. Vyshinsky is prepared to elaborate on the plan for East-West zonal trade agreement.
