British Plan To Deal With Treaty Violations
Received Wednesda'y, 10 a.m. ' LONDON, June 14. Britain will go ahead with her plans to call a neutral committee to deal with the alleged peace treaty vioiations by Bulgaria, Hungary and Rumania, it was authoritatively learned today. Yesterday Russia refus-ed to join in three ^ower talks. Ths neutral co'mmittee will be composed of'one representative of the accusing Power, one of the accused, and one selected by mutual agreement. This is provide d for in the peace treaties.
