PROMISE OF MOUNTED SPRINGBOK'S HEAD
WELLINGTON, June 13. The president of the South African .Rugby Board, Mr. Pienaar, has offered to present the All Blacks with a mounted springbok 's head which adorns the wall of the president 's room in the members' stand at Xewiands, if they beat SouLh At'rica in the tests. This olfer is reported by the manager of the Al! Blacks, Mr. J. 11. Parker, in a letter received at today 's meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union.
