Big Four Seek Three-Point Agreement

The Big Four Foreign Ministers in secreu talks,. are working for a three-point f ace-saving agreement on Germany, -says the British United Press correspondent quoting authoritative Western sources. An agreement at least in principle on the Austrian Peace Treaty may also be concluded before the present council session ends. The agreement on Germany would provide for, firstly, the setting up of a committee of Foreign Minis' ers' deputies to continue ihe study of the German Peace Treaty and the unification of both Germany and the city of Berfih; secondly, the estab ishment of a committee of Germans in Berlin under the supervision of ihe four Allied commanders to work out a means for the final lif ting Qf the block- . ade; and, thirdly, limited accord cn ihe restoratibn of EastVWest trade be.ween the two halves of Germany.
