Received Mondav, 9.40 a.m. LONDON, June 12. An official Yugoslav communique states that Czechoslovakia has banned all exports to Yugos*avia, bringing all trade between the two countries to a standstill. The Czeeh action is interpreted in Belgrade as a further tightening of the Cominform 's economic block- , ade against Yugoslavia, which is now thought to be nearly complete.
