HUTTON'S SCORING MARATHON

Received Friday 7 p.m..LONDON, June 10. When Len Hutton left the field at Bradford this week after making 104 against Northants, he had seored 542 runs in six consecutive days of cricket. He began this scoring marathon wit. 146 not out against Scotland, at Hui! then he made 201 and 91 not out in suceessive innings against Lancashire and finished with his 104 at Bradford This gave him and average for the week of 271 and brought his season'--aggregate to 928. Hutton has now been playing erickel almost without a break since the beginning of the 1946 season. In tha' year he toured Australia. In 1947 hx played in the West Indies and in 194" he was on the South Afriean tour.
