Woodward, S.M., at the conclusiun of an inquest into the deaths of Edith Alexandra Bradbury, aged 48, and her son Ian Mclnnes Bradbury, aged 21, who were found dead at their liome, Newall Road, Okato, on April 11, after shotgun reports. and an explosion had been heard from some distance by neighbours.
