Horticultural Society To Hold Two Shows
At a meeting of the committee of the Otaki Horticultural Society on Monday evening, Mr. J. G. MacKenzie presided and the foll owing members were present: Mes'dames M. L. Heatherington, A. D. Webster, Smith and D. G. Sutherland, Miss B. Swabey and Messrs L. Walsh, D. K. Pritchard, H. S. Fulford, A. B. Saunders, H. Taylor, J. c. Neill, W. Heath, A. W. Buxton and N. D. Anderson. It was decided to hold two shows in the meantime, one^ in September and the other in November, and to have the schedule printed in booklet form. A drive for new membership is to be made and much increased interest is being shown.
