Sanatorium Patients Given Motor Outing

The Otaki Sanatorium patients were given an enjoyable motor trip on Thursday.. by members of the Otaki-Te Horo branch of the Women's Division of Federate'd Farmers. After being shown the Maori Church and the King George V

Memonal Health Camp, and hemg driven round Tasman and Rangiuru Beaches, the party proceeded to Paraparaumu. The aerodrome was the first stop, where Mrs. Goul'd, air hostess, and the staff showed marked hospitality, which helped greatly in making the trip so enjoyable. The seven cars, with their eomplement of 30 girls, then visited Paraparaumu Beaches, following which they proceeded to Paekakariki, where, after an excursion down the coastal road, afternoon tea was partaken of. A thankful parent, whose-: daughter had been returned fit ahd well, having made a generous dohation for this purpose, further such trips are likely in the near future.
