Road, Levin, has returned to her home after t&king part ln .the Victoria University Co> lege golden jubilee celebrations, held last week at Wellingcon. . Reference td' the passing ^of Mr. M. BrBergin, of -Foxton, aiiprpmiiient racing judge and administrator, was made by the presideflt (Mr. J. R. Standford) at a meeting Of the general conjhiittee of the Marton Jpckey Club,- Mr. Bergin had officiated as Judge at several Marton race meetings and Mr-.. Stanford spoke of his long association with racing in the Dominion. A motion of sympathy -was carried.
