Parishioners Of All Saints' Elect Church Officers
I At the annual meeting of parishioners of All Saints' Angican Church presided over by the Vicar, Canon H. E. K. Fry, the foliowing were elected to hold. office for th? ensuing year: — Vicar's warden: Mr. H. N. Fearn1ey; people 's warden: Mr. J. D. Avery; .secretary: lClr. E. P. Simcox; treasurer: Mr. R. Bills; vestry: Mrs. D. H. Lee, Misses C. Holmes and E. M. O'Loughlen, and Messrs H. Jackson, A. Jarman, H. Turner, N. D. Anderson, C. G-. Smith, Simcox and Bills. The Vicar marde reference to the loss suffered bv the parish in the passing during the year of Mrs. M F. Gaby, and Mr. H. M. J. Nicolscn. Thanks were expressed to all who had helped in any way during the year in the work of t.he church and the work of he Ladies' Guilds Reportaf submitte-d by the various committees revea1ed that the affairs of the na.rish continue in a generally s°.tisfactory pcsition. It was further reported that the completion of the Tasman Beach Hall was in sight. and that a specia ccmmittee had this work in hand. The incoming vestry agreed ,lc meet on June 9, when wa.ys and means of effecting improvements to the Railwav Churchroom and the Ang'ican Hall will be rmong other matters discussed.
