Mining Congress To Be Shown N.Z. Coals
Eeceived Thursday, 7 p.m. LONDON, May 19. An exliibition of the various tvpes oi New Zealand coals, will be showft dur ing the fourth Empire Mining and Met allurgical Congr#ss to be held in Great Britain from July 9 to 23. -About 600 members and delegates representing 27 different countries, will attend the main sessions of the congress in London About 300 will take part in teehnieal discussions at Oxford and later visil various entres in England, Scotland and Wales. It is not yet known whether the New Zealand Department of Mines will be direetly r*presented.
