DUNEDIN WOMAN.

DUNEDIN, May 9. Mrs Annie Thompson died at Dunedin on Saturday aged 101 years. She arrived in New Zealand 76 years ago as Miss Annie Greig from Kinnesswood, Kinross, Seotland. She married in 'Christchurch 18 months later. Mrs Thompson had lived in Dunedin ever since, although she made several trips to Ameriea and Seotland to visit relatives. Her husband died nine years ago aged 90 years. There were six sons and two daughters. Up to her 100th birthday she was in good health although bedridden owing to an accident. She was a keen gardener and fond of reading and playing cards.
