Owners Of Horse Fail In Appeal
WELLINGTON, May 9. The Wellington Distriet Committee has dismissed the appeal of G, I. McGregor and J. H. Will, owners -of thp horse Incision, against the decision of the judicial committee of the Levin Racing Club which relegated Incision to second place after he had won th Taurarua Hack Hurdles at the Levir Racing Club's autumn meeting on April 9. Incision, ridden by W. N. Taylor, won the Tararua Hurdles from Rockanui. An inquiry was held into a charge that Incision interferred witt1 Rockanui when they jumped the last hurdle together and the judicial committee decided to alter the judge's placings, promoting Rockanui to first and placing Incision second.
