Pretty Evening Wedding In Levin

A pretty evening weddirlg "was solemnised in the St. Mary's Anglican .Church, Levin, , on Saturday, Hpril 23, when Dora, younger 'daiighter of Mr. ahd Mrs. E. Musso, of Hokio, Levin, was majrried to Thomas, only spn of Mr. and Mrs. A; Armstrong, Balclutha. Rev. Q. B ;Stote-Blandv offlciated and Mt. J. W. Hayfield was at the organ. The. bridd, who- entered the church eseort^d by, her father, (vor'e a White cloque ' gown ciit on classica1 lines, an unusuai fCature being the shawl neck-line. Her short embroidered veil was of heavy white net and was held in place with a coronet of orange blossom buds. A triple string of .pearls and a trailer bouquet of chrysanthemums and li'ies set off her gown. Attending the bride were Misses June Benning (chief) and Dawne Benning. They wore identical gowhs of azure blue cloque, cut on slini fitting lines, which featured bbat shaped neck-lines with pink sequin trimming. They carried trailer bouauets of pink chrysanthemums. carnations and li"ies and wore matching bandeaux in their hair. Their accessories were a single string of pearls and pink e'bow Jength gloves. Mr. L. Ludlow, of Dunedin, was best man' and the groomsman was Mr. R. Sharp, of Wellington. During the signing of the register Miss Joy Allen sang the solo "O Perfect Love." After the ceremony, a recention was he'd in Williams' reception room. The guests were received by Mr. and Mrs. Musso, the latter wearing a blue frock and wine coat and hat and accessories. They Were assisted bv Mr. and Mrs. Armstrong and Mrs. Armstrong wore a tan ensembTe with accessories to tone. Among the guests were Miss Arms'rong and Mr. Ho'gate (Balclutha), Mrs. Ludlow (Dunedin), and Mrs. Stafford (Christchurch)/ When the haonv counle left for

the honeymoon, the bride was wearing a floral frock with blue coat and wine accessories. Hostesses at pre-wedding parties for the bride were Misses J. and D. Benning and Allen, and Mrs. H. Dittmer and Miss Mavis Dittmer.
