Denmark's Polite Reply To Russia
COPENIIAGEN, May 6. A note signed by the premier (Mr. H.'uis Iledtont) as acting Foreign Minister, answering the Soviet Note to Denmark on the Atlantic Treaty, says the. Danish Government considers the treaty to be purely a defensive one and not aimed against any State or group of States. 0 The Note says the treaty is in full aceordance with and' subordinated to the United Nations Charter. The Note concludes: "It is the sineere wisli of the Danish Government and (he Danish people to consolidate aml further to develop peaceful ancl friendly relations with the Soviet Government. ' '
