Farmhand Before Court On Mischief Charges
Two charges . of mischief were preferred against Peter Kora, farmhand, in the Magistrate's Court, Levin, yester.day, when he: appeared before Mr. A. M. Goul.d--ing, S.M. He was convicted and fined 10a on each charge. Kora was ordered to pay 10s restituti.on, on each case. Costs amounted to £1. Kora pleaded guilty. Sergeant W. Grainger told the court that Kora had been betor.e' ihe Supreme court on two charges of housebreaking and in each. casehe had smashed a window pane valued at 10s.
