Car Driver Fined £250 And Licence Cancelled

CHRISTCHURCH, May 4. Found guilty in the Supreme Court yesterday of negligent driving causing the death of Gerald Sylvester. Barley, a motor-cyclist, Raymond Patriek Nottingham, aged 43, company director, was fined £250 in default six months' gaol by Mr. Justice Northcroft today, Nottingham's driving licence was cancelled for three years. 1
