BRUCE HAS BEEN LEASED TO SYDNEY OWNER

SYDNEY, April 24. The New Zealand stayer Bruce has been leased by the Sydney owner S. G. White and has entered the stables of E. D. Lawson but is unlikely to race again before next spring. He will . probably be spelled in a country paddoclc and be brought baclt -for training in Sydney or Melbourne. Because of his doubtful foreleg no big race plans are being made for Bruce and present intentions are to confine him to weight-for-age races.
