Eeceived Priday, 7 p.m. LONDON, April 22. The Birmingham police are looking for "Chimney Charlie," a practical joker who makeSj a hahit of climhing smokestacks and deaving odd ohjects on the tops. In 72 hours he has climhed the fixed Iadder up the 120-foot chimney at the Birmingham Children 's HoSpital three times — always in darkness. First he left a strawstuffed ""body" on a ledge ten feet from the top. People in the streets thought it was real and called the police. Then he tied a hroom to the lightning conductor. Finally he hoisted an open • um-^» hrella at the top.
