Russia Cooperates Only In Stars
AEW YORK, April 19. brancb of science wherein the Russians are eooporating fully with other countries, Sir Harold Spencer -Jone.s, Astron onier Royal, Greenwich Obwervatorv. said today. He said that since the wa;the Russians had undertaken considei able work in astronomy and had shown their desire 'to cooperate by inviting the International Astrononiical Union whereof he was president, to hold its 1951 meeting in Russia. The decisioc to accept hinged upon whether any restrictions would be imposed on dele gates.
