WELLINGTON, April 13. The hearing of evidence against Wallace Wells, motor driver, aged 38, Olive May Wahren, eashier, aged 34, and William Albert Gaines, salesman, aged 50, charged in the Magistrate's Court with breaking and entering by night with •' iatent to commit a erime and wilful damage of property to the value oi £1'K), concluded today. Aceused plead ed not guilty and were committed by Mr. Goulding S.M. to the -Supreine Court for trial. The Magistrate, who refused bail-tc the male aceused after the first dav's evidence a week ago, because of allega tions by the police prosecutor that wn l nesses had been intimidated, again re j fused bail and said lie would not grant it where there was any s.uggestion of intimidation. Bail was renewed tor Wahren. Several lesser charges arising out oi' the saine incident, were stood over till the end of the Supreine Court proceed iab'S- «
