The British GoverimwnL is hopeful that the meeting oi the Com1 monwealth Prime MmiS(ers, which jbegms next Thursday, wiil be successfully concmded within one week. A Government spokesman confirmed today that only t^ie con.stitutional quesaon invoiving the place of Inaia in the Commonwealth would be on the agenda. It is unlikely that any announcement about the discussions will be made until after they end. The Government spokesman said that all those who would attend the meeting had expressed a wish that the least possibie pubiicity should be given to the talks. He added that the British Government was "not anxious for any pubiicity."
