Annual Plunket Meeting. The annual general meeting of the Shannon sub-branch of the L Plunket Society will be held in the Plunket rooms at 2.30 p.m. on; Monday, April 11. £1,000 Winner .To Be At Jubilee. At the recent meeting of the School Jubilee Committee, Mr. J. T> Bovis, one of >the joint secretaries* read a letter from Mrs. Hunt, of Auckland, who stated that her mother, Mrs. D. Hill will be attending the celebrations. Mrs. Hih, who is an : ex-pupil of the local school, held a half share in the winning ticket of a recent art union. Although at present holidaying in Australia, Mrs. Hill will be back in time for the jubilee.
