German Factory Producing Ammunition Under Russian Supervision
Received Wednesday, 10.10 a.m. BERLIN, March 29. , The American licensed newspaper Der Abenel claimed that the Wulkov ammunition factory at Neu Ruppin, 2-5 miles northwest uf Berlin, was in full production under Russian supervision, and was turriing out artillery ammunition besides reconditioning old Germany Army shells. Efforts to increase production have already caused two accidents in which eight workers were killed and 35 injured. The workers have 'been conscripted for the work. They are badly paid and have been forbidden by the Russians to talk about their work.
