Mr. Harry Liu,, a Chmese missioner, tells how Generalissimo Chiang Kai-Shek kept his promise.l Eleven years ago, Chiang attended a prayer meeting in a small cottage 1 near Nanking. After the service he said: "If God gives us victory I shall build a church on this spot."i The Japanese were beaten and the Church. was built. It is known as j the Church of Christ Vicfcorious.
