AUCKLAND, March 22. Roof tiling work in Auckland is at a standstill and 150 tradesmen engaged in this occupation are without jobs. The carpenters' dispute is also aifeeting plumbers, painters, iiaperhangers and electricians who are being delayed in carrying out inside work. "The decision of the Watersi'de Workers' Union to lift the boycott and conline the dispute to the parties directly concerned has the full endorsement of the Carpenters' Union," said t'he national secretary (Mr. R.
