WELLINGTON, March 2*2. FricCs Would not and COuld not gd back to their prewar level, Professor A. H. Tocker, Proiessor of Economics at GanterbUry UniVer Sity G'oRe'ge, told the Court of Arbittation during his evidence at the standard wage claim hearing today. Prices after the First World War aettled down at 50 Or 60 per cent. higher than before that war attd proba'bly would do the sahie this time, he said.
