AUCKLAND, March 21. For every day the carpenters are not working because of the present dispute in Auckland, the construction of fOur new State houses does not begin. The carpenters have been out for 30 days, which means 120 less State houses. The target for the year ending March 31 is already down by 50. There are 1044 State units under construction in Auckland and the suburbs.
