INVERCARGILL, March 21, Official figures just released for the February wool sale in Invercargill show a gross return for the 29,933 bales disposed of as £1,092,386. The average price per pound was 23.34d and an average per bale pf £33 9s 9d. The averages for the February sale of the previous year were 25.83d and £35 19s 9d.
