NAPIER, March 18. There was an all round strengthening of tiie market at the second day of the March wool sale in Napier today. On the first day the weaktniiig note that had been noticeable in recent weeks was chrcked and today values for most classes showed slight advances. Buyers interested appeared to be greater than on the first day, there being many occasions when bids of a half-penny were made, although the mininmni bid is one farthing. Oue independent buyer who took an active part in the sale on the first day, and who retained his interest today, is believed to be filling subslant.ial orders for Russia. Buying j)ower today was again well spread among Oontinental, Bradford and American interests.
