France Now Ready To Sign Atlantic Pact
Received Thursday, 10.30 a.m. PARIS, March 16. The French Cabinet has approved the terms of the projected Atlantic Pact and authorised its signature. A special Cabinet meeting was held tonight to discuss ^details of the pact, which the Foreign Minister, M. Schuman, and the Defence. Minister, M. Ramadier, had earlier brought back from London.
