Received Tuesd-ay, 10.45 a.m. HAMBURG, March 14.The denazification , trial of the fo'rmer Lieut.-General Oscar von Hindenburg, son of the former Gerbian President, began at Uelsen, near Hamburg. The trial is expected to last aweek and to produce evidence of a so far' unpublished intr-ig-ue which ied to Hitlers- accession to power. Hindenburg. was charged- on' fourcounts, firstly, with falsifying his father's political testament .i'n favour of Hitler'; secondly, taking part in a conspiracy to bririg Hitler to poWer; thirdl'y, illegally obtaining fiscal adivantages; and, fourthly, supporting Hitler in radio speeches. Hindenburg is- being tried at his own request so that his bank ae-' count can be freed. As a Nazl sympathiser, h-is funds are frozen until he is cleared.
