Container Dispute
WELLINGTON, March 11. The final submissions for the growers and retailers were iuade today before tie arbitrator,, Air. G. G. G. Watspn^ aU the fourth day of the hearing of evidence into the dispute over a separate charge for fruit and vegetable containers. The growers submitted that tiit charge .^hould be made and that the retailers could make full recovery 61 costs. The retailers demurred that the , charge- coifld not be applied on an equitable basis to all retailers and that : it should be regarded as in the ; growers' prime costs. > , AEr.
