AUCKLAND, Marcli 11. Evidence is growing daily that the rift in the trade union movement which originated in the carpenters' dispute, is widening. The stand taken by the employers agaihst union tactics is not' bhe only issue facing the militant ( leaders. They also have to contend with increasing dissaiisf action among fche moderate elements with- their | policy. Drivers who are opposed to their union 's hoycott tactics, have called a meeting of all drivers who have been, given a week's notice oi dismissal. The meeting will he held at 7.45 a.m. on Mbnday. The seeretary oi , the union, Mr. L. G. Matthews, and organiser, Mr. F. D. Muller, have heenj asked to attend.
