With half the votes connted in the South African provincial eleetions, the Sinuts United Party was leading in three provinces but so far only results from urban eonstituencies have beeu announced-. GRANGE FREE STATE: Nationalists 5, United Party 1. The total seats in the Provincial Couneils for eueh of the provinces are: Transvaals 00, Gape Province 55", Natal 25, Grange Free State 25.
