Received Sunday, 7 p.m. OTTAWA, March 5. A radio message from the medical teani at Chesterfield Inlet in the Arctic said 60 persons there had heen stricken with polionn elitis and 13 were dead. The message said the epidemic was appaii-ntlv under control as no new i.a-cs had been reported since February •-.'7.
