Handicaps For Sports At Oroua Downs
The handicaps have been issued for the athletic and cycling events at the sports meeting which is to be held at Oroua Down on Saturday. The handicapper, Mr. J. H. Cooper, reserves the right to rehandicap any competitor. The handicaps for the half mile, mile and two mile cycling events, given in that order, are as foliows: — N.
